Please order by Thursday the week prior to your desired shipping date.
Shipping during the heat of summer is not recommended.
Shipping will resume in the September 2009.
We ship ONLY to the Continental States. No shipments to California, Arizona, Texas, Louisiana, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico at this time.
We ONLY ship 1 GALLON container roses, and by UPS or FedEx. Size of plant depends on when it was propagated, and the rate of growth. Plants shipped early in the year might be smaller than ones shipped later in the year due to the growing season. Generally, plants are up to 1 foot tall.
To avoid plant loss, the purchaser has the responsibility to order roses suitable for growing in his/her zone as given by the USDA Plant Hardiness Map. Please order at the proper shipping time for your area. If you are unsure, www.helpmefind.com has zone information as well as other information and pictures of roses.
We do our best to avoid disappointing our customers, but plants and the weather are unpredictable and we cannot guarantee availability even after an order has been placed. If a selection is not available for any reason, a substitute will be made if you wish, or a refund will be sent. No substitutions will be made without your permission.
We do not guarantee plants once they are in your care. If a plant dies within 10 days of shipping and you feel it is our fault, please contact us to discuss a possible replacement. Our goal is to get healthy plants to our customers. We are not responsible for plant failures due to improper variety selections, plant care, growing conditions, or weather. We are not responsible for roses that die due to freezing weather.
Plants damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company, and they should be notified immediately. Breakage of a branch(s) should not effect the plants ability to grow and thrive.
Florida Sales Tax will be added to all Florida orders.

If you choose to send a check, please mail to the address on the Contact Us page. Once the check is received and deposited for 3 business days, your order will then ship out on the next available Monday.
