GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rose Petals Nursery (RPN)

Orders must be placed by Thursday, the week prior to your desired shipping date. 

We ship ONLY to the 47 states in the Lower Continental States - Arizona is not included. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico or the other US territories at this time.

We ONLY ship 1 GALLON container own root roses. These roses are first year grown plants. Size of plant depends on when it was propagated, and the rate of growth. Plants shipped early in the year might be smaller than ones shipped later in the year due to the growing season. Generally, plants are an average of 6-8 inches tall.

To avoid plant loss, the purchaser has the responsibility to order roses suitable for growing in his/her zone as given by the USDA Plant Hardiness Map. Please order at the proper shipping time for your area.

We do our best to avoid disappointing our customers, but plants and the weather are unpredictable, and we cannot guarantee availability even after an order has been placed. If a selection in not available for any reason, Rose Petals Nursery will contact you for another selection.

We do not guarantee plants once they are in your care. If a plant dies within 10 days of shipping and you feel it is our fault, please contact us to discuss a possible replacement. Our goal is to get healthy plants to our customers.  Shipping during the heat of summer or cold in the Winter is not recommended.  We are not responsible for plant failures due to improper variety selections, plant care, growing conditions, or weather. We are not responsible for roses that die due to freezing weather.  Shipping is nonrefundable.

Plants damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company, and they should be notified immediately. Breakage of a branch(s) should not affect the plants ability to grow and thrive.  Photographs will always be requested to show the shipping company.

Florida Sales Tax will be added to all Florida orders and orders picked up at RPN.

We offer payment processing directly on our site. Credit cards are securely processed through the third party credit card company transaction gateway.  

If you choose to send a check, please mail to Rose Petals Nursery,16918 SW 15th Avenue, Newberry FL 32669.  Once the check is received and deposited for 3 business days, your order will then ship out on the next available Monday.

A restocking fee will be charged for all cancelled orders and deletions.  Only one discount may be applied for any sale product.

We respect your privacy. Any information you submit to us will never be given, used, shared or sold to anyone.

Collecting your Personal Information

Rose Petals Nursery will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Personal information collected by Rose Petals Nursery is often is limited to e-mail address, country or location, but may include other information when needed to provide a service you requested-especially when building websites.

We use your personal information for Two primary purposes: 1) To make the site easier for you to use by not making you enter your personal information more than once. 2) To help us create and deliver content most relevant to you.

When you register, or otherwise give us personal information, Rose Petals Nursery will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed. It will only be used for the purposes stated above.

Rose Petals Nursery strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access.

 

Changes to this Statement

Rose Petals Nursery will occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the “last updated” date at the top of the legal information page. For material changes to this Statement, Rose Petals Nursery will notify you by placing prominent notice on the website.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the fragile nature of young roses, we do not allow returns. Please be sure you are ordering the correct rose so that a need for returns does not happen. If you receive a plant that fails to thrive within the first 10 days, see our General Terms and Conditions for resolution.
